Program Director, Innovation and Implementation
Courts and Tribunal Services within the Department of Justice provide administrative and corporate support to 14 state courts and tribunals and sittings are conducted at 164 locations throughout New South Wales.
The Program Innovation & Implementation Branch is responsible for range of service transformation programs and multiple integrated large-scale programs of change that deliver fundamentally improved justice service outcomes for users of the courts and tribunals of NSW.
About the role
The role will lead a dynamic team responsible for the management, and delivery of numerous projects, and innovative program delivery methodologies and standards that continue to deliver high quality and high value program outcomes across NSW Courts and Tribunal Services.
The role operates with a high level of autonomy in the overall direction and prioritisation of projects and will lead effective stakeholder consultation to ensure all phases of construction projects are completed on time and ready for the operational commissioning phase.

You will be a strategic leader with a vision to deliver an innovative business model for a large organisation. In addition, you will have extensive experience in fostering collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with project leaders and key senior stakeholders to influence and achieve outcomes.
You will need qualifications, MBA or equivalent and/or experience in a related field
