• 18 months’ experience across various agencies
• The opportunity to work on a variety of policy and project initiatives
• A personal mentor and executive sponsor

• A Diploma of Government qualification
• An ongoing role offer on successful completion of the program

Thirteen agencies and departments are participating in the 2019 NSW Government Graduate Program. Some Departments also offer their own graduate programs, which may target particular disciplines such as business, engineering or teaching. Find out more about these programs by following the links.
