In this role you will contribute to the provision of timely, efficient and accountable determinations on matters for assessment by the Regulatory Analysis and Assessment Branch where, breaches of NSW legislation administered by NSW Fair Trading may have occurred.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:
  • Analyse material in order to clarify breach of relevant legislation and make suitable determinations
  • Complete tasks within specified timeframes adhering to procedures and statutory framework, using required administrative processes and case management systems
  • Identify and review relevant intelligence data to support assessment determinations
  • Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills
  • Be part of a team environment which is focussed on a high standard of service delivery.
