About the role
This role is responsible for providing initial advice and direction to internal and external customers regarding HR related enquiries within a Shared Service Centre call centre environment. In addition, the roles assists in the recording and maintenance of the customer enquiries data base as part of the customer relationship management system.

Essential Requirements:
Capacity to work various shifts on a rotational roster between the hours of 6am until 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
