About the role
This role is responsible for providing initial advice and direction to internal and external customers regarding HR related enquiries within a Shared Service Centre call centre environment. In addition, the roles assists in the recording and maintenance of the customer enquiries data base as part of the customer relationship management system.

Essential Requirements:
Capacity to work various shifts on a rotational roster between the hours of 6am until 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
 
Pre-screening:
  1. Tell us about your experience providing quality customer service support to customers in a high volume contact centre environment, where you needed to build and maintain client rapport. (300 word maximum)
  2. Provide an example on where you had to assist a customer with a complex enquiry  to resolution - what was the situation and how did you ensure a positive outcome? (300 word maximum)
