MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

 

Technical or Professional Qualifications:

Recognised industry related qualification and trade certificate of proficiency or higher relevant to the delivery of Commercial Cookery OR a higher level qualification is desirable OR assessed through RPL/RCC as relevant and equivalent.

 

Vocational and/or industrial Experience:

A minimum of (5) five years current and relevant experience in classic French cuisine and culinary techniques, inclusive of three (3) years industry experience at managerial or supervisory level as Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef.

 

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110):

From the TAE10 Training and Assessment Training Package or be able to demonstrate equivalence of competencies as the minimum teaching qualification. Other educational qualifications may be recognised upon application.
