Regulatory Services Officer – SafeWork NSW
• Sensational opportunity for a driven, customer focused administrator
• 12 month temporary role based in Tamworth
• Clerk Grade 3/4, (salary range $70,652 - $77,363) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Safework NSW are seeking a motivated Regulatory Services Officer to deliver high quality client service, and provide support to the Directorate to enable delivery of information and advice and support to priority regulatory initiatives.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
• Responding to a wide range of requests from customers via telephone, face to face or in writing;
• Providing timely, accurate and consistent information, support and assistance to enable delivery on selected strategies and initiatives;
• Ensuring authorised policies, procedures and legislative requirements are understood and adopted and more complex matters are appropriately referred and/or escalated to relevant business areas;
• Maintaining accurate records, customer contact information and/or other relevant information in line with public sector requirements; and
• Ensuring current and relevant information is available and relevant policies, procedures, confidentiality and privacy requirements are met.
To be successful in this role, you will:
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, and have the ability to work under pressure in a customer-centric work environment;
• Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders;
• Hold a Certificate III or above in Business Administration or relevant and current experience; and
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
