 We are looking for a specialist to join the Office of Responsible Gambling and make a difference in the way support and counseling services are delivered to the people of NSW. 


The Office of Responsible Gambling leads the development of responsible gambling strategy and public policy advice and supports and manages the Responsible Gambling Fund, the Club grants Category 3 Fund and the Community Development Fund.


The Office develops and implements programs and initiatives as part of a strategic approach that supports responsible gambling and prevents and minimizes the risk of gambling-related harm in the community.


A key focus of your role will be managing the design and implementation of a new service model for the delivery of gambling support services across NSW.  

You will have a good understanding of contemporary health and welfare service delivery challenges and solutions. 


You will be successful if you:

  • are an experienced change manager and team player who can drive strategic priorities
  • are experienced in managing external and internal relationships and can work within in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • can guide and undertake research to support the formulation of evidence-based strategies
  • have expertise in preparing correspondence, briefings and high standard presentations with Divisional requirements
  • Have a tertiary qualification in business, health or a science related discipline.  Process improvement experience in settings involving multiple stakeholders will be highly regarded.
