About the Role
 

The Services Coordinator ensures the efficient and effective repair, maintenance, servicing and operation of equipment, facilities and services to facilitate events, activities and programs at the Quaycentre, Hockey Centre and Sports Halls.

 
About you
 

We are seeking a proactive and conscientious Services Coordinator. You must be willing and able to respond to out of hours requirements and work between varied locations.

 

You will have:

 
  • Provide safe and efficient services and resources related to the venues and promote safe working procedures and practices to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tradespeople to minimise the impact on venue activities.
  • Proactively plan maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Trade and/or building qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge and /or experience in service operations including Fire services, HVAC, lighting, security, electrical, program and activity equipment related to venue services.
  • Senior First Aid certificate, HR Forklift licence, WHS White card, manual handling certification and driver licence or a willingness to acquire.

The successful applicant will need to provide the Sydney Olympic Park Authority with a Working with Children Check number, or make a Working with Children Check application, either on-line or via phone, through the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian. An application fee of $80 applies.
