We are looking for a Workforce Scheduling Specialist who is responsible for ensuring resource capacity and capability across programs, are being met by forecasting, scheduling and allocation of resources to deliver on current and future program requirements across Program Delivery directorate. 

This role is key in supporting the Capacity and Scheduling Manager to deliver the benefits associated with modernising the Directorate’s service offering and increasing the opportunity for mobility between programs, amongst other initiatives.

About You


To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Extensive experience and a record of achievement in championing IT Capacity management within a large and complex environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent
  • A sound knowledge of recruitment policies and processes, including the engagement of contingent workers.
  • Sound knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and practices.
