Working to deliver health services that effectively meet the changing needs of our entire NSW community is a huge collaborative effort.
In his role as Communications Manager Multipurpose Service Projects for NSW Health, Brendan plans community and stakeholder engagement activities in the delivery of health services designed to benefit our local communities.
“I’m also responsible for media liaison and internal and external communications – all designed to ensure we deliver the best health outcomes to our local communities by keeping people informed and involved in the process,” Brendan explains.
Helping to ensure our local communities get the health care they need is at the heart of Brendan’s work every day.
“Seeing a variety of stakeholders engaging in how health care is delivered in their local community is rewarding,” he enthuses.
“Seeing the positive results to the health care and outcomes of our local communities drives everything I do on a day-to-day basis.”
And when he’s not busy working with stakeholders to meet the health care needs of our community, you’ll usually find Brendan exercising, listening to music, or travelling.
