There’s no doubting Lynne’s passion for providing excellent customer service to her clients. In her role as Claims Advisory Officer, Motor Accidents Claims Advisory Service for NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority, it’s at the heart of what she does on a daily basis.
“I love being able to communicate with stakeholders and resolve any issues they may have. I’m here to help,” Lynne smiles.
In her day-to-day role, Lynne works in a close-knit call centre, and receives a variety of calls from injured claimants seeking help with making personal injury claims. She also provides Green Slip quotes to customers, as well as procedural advice to other stakeholders.
A genuine people person with a zest for life, Lynne says the best part of her job is her constant interaction with people and having the opportunity to help them out.
“I just love helping people!” she relates enthusiastically.
“If our customers aren’t happy, I’m not happy. I love being able to save people money on their Green Slip and generally just love chatting to people all day.”
When she’s not busy helping customers in the call centre, Lynne also likes to keep busy helping to organise social events in her local area.
“I’ve also recently started to paint and am enjoying dog pawtraits at the moment,” she says.
