“By working collaboratively with Government agencies to implement new guidelines principal contractors have to comply with, I’m able to help ensure projects funded by the people of NSW are on-track.”

As Senior Investigator for NSW Industrial Relations, it’s Ejaz's job to inspect infrastructure projects across the state funded by the NSW Government. This includes assessing documents relating to projects and auditing principal contractors.

Ejaz’s responsibility to inspect various projects statewide means he’s regularly travelling around NSW, which is one of the things he loves most about his job.

“I also enjoy the fact that I’m able to meet new people and liaise with such a variety of people on a daily basis. Providing technical information about projects is another part of my job I really enjoy,” he adds.

When’s he’s not busy inspecting projects, Ejaz likes to unwind by travelling, indulging in photography, or enjoying a game of cricket.
