“Diversity is important.”

“We’re building a culture that makes Transport a more diverse workforce,” says Mary, Program Support Officer for Transport for NSW.

In her role, Mary is responsible for resolving HR issues for Organisational Development employees, as well as for the day-to-day running of the office. 

Mary also works in collaboration with her team to design and deliver programs that promote leadership and diversity among the Transport Cluster workforce. 

”I’m part of a great team that works well together to achieve excellent results in the training and development of staff. We’re currently working on the ‘Drive it’ Leadership programs, and the Diversity and Inclusion plan. Working on projects which promote diversity is important to me.” 

When she’s not at work, Mary spends most of her time gardening or going for walks.
