“I train staff in the new rostering system (HealthRoster), develop learning resources, and deliver assistance for business units who need guidance,” says Nina, HealthShare NSW Training Consultant on Rostering.
“My role encourages positive work initiatives in the management of staff, particularly for rostering and HR transactions.”
In her NSW Government job, Nina gets the chance to meet people in different areas of the business and visit locations across NSW.
“I love how I make a positive impact not only to the team, but also to each individual. It’s part of creating a better work culture for everyone,” she says.
Nina and her team are all about working to help their colleagues, which was demonstrated in their nomination and win in the customer service award category at the HealthShare NSW Staff Excellence Awards in 2015.
“It was great to be recognised for something we do every day with great pleasure and drive,” Nina says.
Nina brings her love for methodology not only to her work, but also to her other passion - baking.
“I love baking. I relish getting grasp of a new recipe and seeing that each step taken results in something delicious,” she smiles.
