Phillip Hatton is the Manager of Service Transition within the Service Management, Service Delivery, Group IT at Transport for NSW.

Phillip manages three IT Service Management Teams that provide enterprise governance over change, release and deployment, and asset and configuration within Transport for NSW.

“I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the NSW community using my skills and expertise. This involves resolving a diverse and complex range of challenges in maturing IT services within the transport cluster.”

Phillip joined the organisation in September 2016 with the objective of introducing an Information Technology Infrastructure Library best practice across the cluster and the move to a service based culture within IT.

When Phillip feels compelled to back away from the screen, he enjoys spending time offline partaking in hobbies such as bushwalking and photography.
