Assistant Advisor HR, Ongoing, SYDNEY


Assistant HR Advisor


  • Temporary and Ongoing opportunities available
  • Clerk Grade 5/6 base salary range is between $85,488 - $94,327
  • Opportunities in Sydney metro including brand new modern offices in Parramatta

Reporting to the Manager HR you will perform a broad range of HR related administrative and project support within a fast paced and complex environment. 


Working in a supportive and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of HR related systems, processes and will be expected to partner closely with the business with a large emphasis on customer relationships and service.    


Your main duties will include:


  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries via the phone and emails across the customer service cluster

  • Supporting senior HR Advisors with project delivery including generating of reports and research

  • Ensuring records are maintained to internal document control standards

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to make improvements to existing processes and procedures

About you


To be successful, you will:


  • Be a key contributor to team success and enjoy assisting others

  • A sound knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide support in a professional manner

  • Experience in a generalist HR administrative role or similar

  • Demonstrate your resilience and agility in a challenging HR environment

  • Understand the importance of providing good customer service and be able to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders

This recruitment will be used to fill existing vacancies as well as opportunities to place successful candidates on to talent pools to enable us to fill roles as they arise within the next 12 - 18 months.

Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at 85,488 base plus superannuation
