Organisation Design Specialist

The Design Specialist is responsible for supporting organisation design projects to develop fit for purpose organisation designs aligned to strategy and service delivery models. 

• Coordinate Organisation Design workshops to ensure organisational structures and jobs are designed to support the future direction and sustainability of TAFE NSW
• Work with the design team and business stakeholders to implement the organisation design framework and process
• Manage the quality control of documentation and process 
• Administer the consultation feedback governance process to ensure employee feedback is assessed appropriately and incorporated into the future state designs
• Collaborate with staff to ensure the development and regular review of meaningful individual performance management and development plans

Internal applicants can be based both metro and regionally. 

You are an Org Design Specialist with demonstrated skills in defining and designing organisation structures to improve efficiencies and increase productivity. 
Ideally you have been involved in large, complex Change/Restructure projects with extensive corporate business experience supporting business strategy and transformation. 

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver.
You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.
Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant HR Org Design experience
• Experience in supporting business strategy, change and transformation
• Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description

This position offers a salary range of $107,865 - $119,865p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.
