Job Title:  Project Support Officer

Job Grade / Classification:  Clerk Grade 3/4

Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary up to July 2020 with a possible extension for up to 12 months

Location: Coffs Harbour

 

Primary purpose of the role:

The Project Support Officer provides a comprehensive range of high level administrative and project support tasks, including maintaining registers and routine databases, providing secretariat support, responding to enquires, drafting correspondence and assisting with background research and analysis.

 

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and project support services to senior level management.
  • Sound organisational skills, the capacity to undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
