We have opportunities for strong people leaders to join our Customer Service team as a Station Duty Manager Level 3 at either Bondi Junction Station or Hurstville Station. This role is public service at its best! Your people and operational management experience and love for customer service will see you excel in this rewarding role. 

This role will see you join an established front line team that strives to exceed customer expectations and works efficiently and safely at all times. Do you have what it takes?

Station Duty Managers are the face of Sydney Trains. This role requires strong leadership skills and confidence in your ability to make the right decision in high pressure situations. You will be out and about at the station assisting customers and front line staff as well as managing and resolving operational issues including train delays and incidents. In addition you will manage escalations, resolve conflict and provide support to  peers.
